Foldeck ("the app") is provided by IDEIO SOFT PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles.
Foldeck merges, splits, scans, edits and converts PDFs and images entirely on your device. Your documents, photos and scans are not uploaded to our servers, and we do not have an account system.
The app asks for camera access only when you choose to scan a document. It reads files and photos only when you pick them. The results you create are saved in the app's own storage and are shown in "My Files". You can delete them at any time. Removing the app also removes them.
The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads. This is handled by Google under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before showing ads, and you can change that choice at any time from the "Privacy options" button on the home screen.
The "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We do not receive or store your payment details. The app stores on your device whether the purchase was made, so ads stay off.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or the content of your files. We do not sell personal data.
Foldeck is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
